The salon says its goal is visits that feel comfortable, professional and free of judgment. Waxes are done with premium soft and hard waxes, and specialists give personalized aftercare recommendations. Aftercare products sold for home use include an ingrown hair potion, polish and scrub from Zandi Land, exfoliating pads and a spray containing salicylic and lactic acid.
Brazilian appointments are priced separately for first-time and returning clients, with women's appointments starting at 20 minutes and men's at 35 minutes. Brazilian waxes booked with Denise include a complimentary 10-minute soothing mask in a breakout, brightening or ultra-moisture formula. A Treatment Service is available only alongside a Brazilian wax and includes extractions, a 10-minute Celluma LED mask, a serum and a customized mask.
Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but same-day openings are not guaranteed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total and no-shows are charged the full total to the card kept on file. Clients are asked to let hair grow at least three weeks before a first Brazilian wax and to avoid shaving, trimming and hair removal creams. Waxing is not performed over sunburned, broken or irritated skin, or for clients taking oral isotretinoin. The salon is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 7 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm and Sunday until noon.
