New clients wait in the waiting area and text the owner when they arrive, and she comes down to meet them. Returning clients let the front desk know they are there to see Charlene and head upstairs as usual. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 1:15 PM. It is closed on weekends.

New clients can book a free consult, which includes a personalized skin assessment and a question-and-answer session. Every facial also includes a free professional skin analysis. The facial menu covers an enzyme treatment, a deep pore facial with extractions (listed for acne-prone, congested skin with blackheads and breakouts), a moisture boost hydrating facial, and a vitamin C advanced facial made with 20% professional-strength L-ascorbic acid. Dermaplaning or microdermabrasion can be added to the deeper facials for a higher price.

Ongoing skin programs include The Ultimate Skin Renewal Treatment Series, three monthly facials in a set order: dermaplaning, a chemical peel, then microneedling. Chemical peels come in glycolic acid 50%, lactic acid 50% and banana peel 23% AHA/BHA strengths. Waxing spans brows, lip and face, full body, Brazilian and bikini, and a men's service called GUYzilian. Lash options include eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting and the Elleebana lash lift and tint.

Retail is limited to pickup: ONLY YOURx Skincare products and Ambre Blends fragrances. E-gift cards are available for hair removal, lashes and brows, and skin care. Payment is by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, and pay-over-time is offered on orders of $50 or more.
