Services are organized into separate menus for women and men, covering face and body waxing. Brows can be shaped with waxing or with threading, and brow tinting is offered alongside lash tinting and lash lifts. Brow lamination, a chemical reshaping of brow hairs that takes about 50 minutes, is also available.

Hygiene steps are described in some detail. Disposable gloves are worn for every service, wax temperature is tested before it reaches the skin, and wooden applicators are never dipped back into the wax pot. All equipment is disinfected after each client with a bactericidal and barbicide concentrate. Clients are asked to disclose health conditions and medications beforehand, since these can affect some treatments.

Preparation and aftercare guidance is given before and after waxing. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, and clients should not trim or shave between visits or exfoliate on the day of a wax. Afterward, the area should be kept clean and dry, and sun, chlorinated water, saunas, spas, gyms and topical lotions should be avoided for set periods. Mild redness and a prickly feeling usually fade within a few hours, and an over-the-counter pain reliever can be taken about an hour before the appointment if discomfort is a concern.
