Lash work is the core of the menu. Extensions are fitted to each client's eye shape and the look they want, offered as classic, light volume, volume, wet and wispy sets with retouches. Appointments usually run about 2 to 3.5 hours, and fills are recommended within 21 days of the last visit. The studio states that extensions, when applied properly, will not harm natural lashes. A Korean lash lift, which uses a chemical solution and molding to curl natural lashes upward, is also offered.

Brow and lip services include wax shaping, brow lamination, tinting, microblading and powder brows. Lip blush is a semi-permanent technique that gives lips a more defined, subtly tinted look. Clients can book a free 30-minute consultation for lips or brows to talk through goals, shade choice and healing. The site lists prices from $10 for waxing add-ons up to $850 for powder brows and lip blush booked together.

Combined appointments called The Edits pair services in one visit. The Blush Edit brings powder brows and lip blush together in about four hours. Lash career training is available through Indigo Academy.

Deposits are required at booking and are applied to the service; they are refundable with 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling ask for 24 hours notice, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows carry a non-refundable $50 fee charged to the card on file. There is a 15-minute grace period on arrival. First-time visitors are asked to arrive 10 minutes early with a clean face and clean lashes, no makeup and no caffeine beforehand. Clients using retinoid skin products are asked to stop at least one week before brow lamination or brow wax.
