The salon was started alongside Richy Hair, its hair extension brand. Richy Hair extensions are made from real European or Indian hair and offered as keratin bond or tape extensions, with installation, re-taping and removal. Pricing for extensions is set after a consultation. Hand-crafted custom wigs and hair pieces are also sold, adjusted to each client.

ICE 21 non-invasive fat reduction and cellulite treatments run over ten sessions of about 40 minutes each. Lash services are performed by certified cosmetologists: lash lifts last up to two months and lash tinting about four weeks. Permanent makeup covers lips, brows and lash lines, with pigment shade, style, shape and color customized, and a touch-up appointment is required after healing.
