Hair services include scissor cuts with a wash and style, clipper fades that may include short scissor work on top, bang trims and undercut upkeep, and formal styling. Color runs from gloss color and root touch-ups to all-over color applied from roots to ends without foils, plus bleach and vivid color billed by the hour. A free consultation is offered for any coloring service so clients can get a quote first, and extra bowl charges may apply to color work. Makeup options range from hourly lessons and a partial eye lesson to formal and bridal makeup application.

Booking asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours ahead, and no-shows, carry a 40% fee. Rescheduling is free when a client asks for help. Clients who are visibly sick will not be served and are asked to text or call ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
