The menu is organized into body waxing, face waxing, facials, intimate waxing, lash services and acne care. Body waxing covers most of the body in named areas and bundles, from a stomach strip to a full leg or full back, and includes full body speedwaxing. Face waxing covers brows, lip, chin, cheeks, nose and ears. Facials range from a 40-minute dermaplane express to a 60-minute deluxe dermaplaning facial that includes a deep pore cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, facial massage and a custom mask. Shorter add-ons include an under-eye treatment with gold foil pads and a scalp massage that can be added to a facial. Intimate services for female clients include bikini options, a booty facial and a custom vajacial. Keratin lash lifts can be booked with or without a non-permanent tint.
The acne bootcamp is a structured program. A consult and treatment visit takes 80 minutes and costs $115, and the $30 consult fee is credited toward the total if products are bought the same day. Current bootcamp clients book a shorter 65-minute treatment for $85 every two weeks. Treatments are either a hydrating enzyme treatment or an acne peel, and both can include extractions, high frequency and LED light therapy.
Booking requires a valid card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-call, no-show appointments, are charged 50% of the reserved services. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period before they count as a no-call, no-show. A client whose card is declined or has insufficient funds for a cancellation fee receives one warning before being barred from booking online without prepayment.
