The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

The menu covers the face, arms, underarms, back, chest, stomach, legs and bikini area. Several bundled options combine areas: Full Arms includes underarms and shoulders, Full Chest includes chest, nipples and shoulders, and Full Butt includes the butt strip. Full Face can cover as much or as little of the face as the client wants. Brow lamination and brow tinting include mapping, shaping and waxing.

To book, clients pay a non-refundable deposit, listed between $5 and $10 depending on the service, and the balance is paid at the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. A consent form is sent after booking and must be completed. Hair should be about three weeks long since the last shave for waxing. Clients booking bikini services who return to work afterward are advised to bring a spare pair of underwear.

Arrivals have a 5-minute grace period, and clients need to be checked in and in the treatment room by the 5-minute mark. Appointments are cancelled if the client has not arrived 10 minutes after the start time, which counts as a late cancellation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice through the booking confirmation email; later cancellations incur a 50% fee charged to the card on file, and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Rescheduling should be requested before the 24-hour mark, and a same-day change cancels the appointment and requires a new deposit. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments, though well-behaved children are welcome.

Product pickup appointments are free and last 20 minutes, with the owner helping clients choose products for their skin. Gift cards are offered in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
