Brow appointments open with a consultation, followed by custom mapping of each client's brow shape. The Basic service includes cleansing, precision waxing, tweezing and trimming, with no finishing products. The Signature service includes those steps plus finishing brow products. Optional add-ons are a pencil or powder fill-in; a natural-looking tint that holds for up to two days on the skin and three to four weeks in the hair; an ammonia-free hybrid tint offered in seven mixable shades that holds for up to seven days on the skin; henna; and brow lamination, which comes with a complimentary MAD Brow Oil. Clients who use Retin-A or antibiotics are offered tweezing only, and waxing is never performed on clients taking Accutane. Clients are asked to allow three to four weeks of growth since their previous service. New clients pay a minimum of $55, which covers a Signature styling plus a $20 new client fee. The salon describes its brow service as a luxurious experience rather than a quick brow wax.

Cosmetic tattoo brows include microblading, powder brows (microshading) and combo brows, all at the same price. Most procedures take two visits with a touch-up about two months after the first. The business notes results cannot be guaranteed because pigment holds differently in each skin type, and it does not recommend cosmetic tattooing for pregnant or nursing clients, diabetics, clients on chemotherapy, or clients with several other listed conditions. Color boosts are for existing clients only, priced at $200 for 6-9 months and $300 for 10-18 months after the perfecting session, and clients are asked to email a photo before booking. Facials are not done for two weeks after a cosmetic tattoo procedure.

Lash lifts take about 45 to 60 minutes using Elleebana products, which contain no cyanoacrylate, and results last 6-8 weeks. They are not recommended for chemotherapy clients, and lashes should stay dry and makeup-free for 24 hours afterward. Skin services combine holistic practices with medical-grade products and treatments. New Client Enzyme Therapy ($220, about 2 hours 15 minutes) is recommended for a first visit and includes a consultation and customized skin plan but not home products. Enzyme Levels I, II and III are priced at $200, $250 and $300, and Level III requires at least two Level I treatments first. DMK treatments end with a 30-day supply of home prescriptive products, and DMK products are sold only through authorized stockists and salons. Other options include a gentler Skin Nutrition Facial ($130), DMK Lunchtime and Quick Peels, dermaplaning, and Celluma LED light therapy, which uses blue, red and near-infrared light with no UV.

New clients register as a new user before booking online through the book now link, and clients are encouraged to schedule the next visit before leaving. Bookings are confirmed by text or email, with a confirmation link 3 days before and a reminder 24 hours before. Appointments must be confirmed at least 72 hours ahead or they may be cancelled. Changes need 24 hours notice by text or email, otherwise a 50% fee of the service cost applies, and cosmetic tattoo appointments need 7 days notice. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean rescheduling at full price. Gratuities are optional and not included, and no refunds are given.

Skin services combine holistic practices with medical-grade products and treatments, and the owner's holistic skincare philosophy also considers mental state and lifestyle alongside the skin.
