The space is a private, clean suite that is soft, quiet and pink, designed to feel calm. Because the studio operates as a solo practice, the owner handles each appointment personally. Clients are screened for contraindications before every service, and booking ahead is recommended since popular slots fill quickly on weekends and in busy seasons.

Brow appointments open with a consultation and mapping before any wax is applied, with the aim of shapes that look clean and natural rather than overdone. An optional fill-in uses Kelley Baker Brows products, which are also available for home use. Clients can add a classic tint, which stains the skin for up to seven days and darkens brow hairs for three to four weeks, or a hybrid dye, which stains the skin for up to ten days and the brow hairs for up to six weeks. Lamination is for returning clients only and requires a consultation.

Brazilian waxing removes hair from the bikini area front to back, with the final amount left to the client. Each Brazilian wax includes a stress ball to squeeze during the service. Wax type is chosen by area: hard wax is used on the most delicate facial areas and for underarms, since it grips the hair rather than the skin, while soft wax is used elsewhere. After waxing, aftercare includes Lady Peng Agent 88 for ingrown hairs, Phantom Oil to soothe and nourish, and a 50 Grit scrub used for gentle exfoliation a few days later.

The studio also runs one-on-one Brazilian wax training for solo estheticians in Lyndhurst, priced at $1,500. Sessions cover technique along with the business side of solo waxing, including cost per service, client communication, room setup, marketing, finance and soft wax Brazilian technique. Trainees practice on six live models, and the package includes lunch, a follow-up check-in one month later, lifetime support for questions, and a goodie bag with a wax warmer, wax, products, a book and a reference manual.
