Waxing covers the face, brows, lip, chin, body and intimate areas for women, and the face, nose, ears, beard edging, underarms, back, chest, legs, arms and Brazilian areas for men. Most services use a hard wax made for sensitive skin, while strip wax is used on larger areas like arms, legs and backs. Full body waxes take roughly three hours or more for women ($326) and about 2.5 to 3 hours for men ($426), and carry an automatic gratuity starting at 15% that clients can raise. Men's Brazilian waxing is offered as a professional service only. For clients who cannot be waxed, such as those using Accutane, tweezing is available. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for waxing to work well, and waxes typically last four to six weeks.

Skin care ranges from a 30 to 45 minute Rapid Revive Facial ($75) to a 75 minute Signature Custom Facial ($131) that starts with a skin analysis and may add a chemical peel, a facial machine or both. The Signature Hydro-Glow Facial is a 60 minute hydradermabrasion treatment ($151), and the Nano Infusion Facial uses a handheld micro-needling device ($151). DMK Enzyme Therapy is priced at $251, with a muscle banding version at $301. Advanced options include IPL skin rejuvenation from $41, which is aimed at sun damage, brown spots, visible veins, fine lines and wrinkles, and Diamond Polar treatments that use heat to support collagen and reduce fat cells. Legacy body contouring is a non-invasive device treatment for contouring, cellulite and skin tightening, priced by area from $136 to $201. Nano fractional skin resurfacing is also available for the face and neck.

Spray tans are custom airbrush tans for all clients. The solution is Norvell, which is free of parabens, gluten, sulfates, propylene glycol, phthalates and synthetic fragrances and is nut-allergen free. The formula contains no SPF and does not produce a real tan. A classic tan develops over 8 to 12 hours ($56), and a rapid tan develops in 1 to 3 hours ($66). Tans typically last five to seven days, and clients are asked to wait at least 6 hours before showering. Lash extension sets include The Ballerini Classic ($196), The Shania Hybrid ($226) and The Dolly Volume ($256). Fill-ins are for clients two to three weeks after a previous lash service, mini fills must be booked within 7 to 10 days, and foreign lash fills are not offered.

Services are priced in two tiers. Tier 1 applies to newer team members who are licensed and fully trained, and Tier 2 applies to more experienced team members with advanced skills. The salon says both tiers are delivered to the same high standard. It also says it keeps strict sanitation, with gloves worn and no double dipping into wax pots. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and gift cards are sold in any amount. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% fee, which does not apply to cash or gift cards. A $50 deposit is charged to a card on file for appointments of $150 or more and is credited at checkout. Cancellations need 12 hours' notice, and a missed or late-cancelled appointment is charged the full service cost. Tipping is not expected, though the average is 20% to 30% and is paid in cash directly to the artist.

The salon says its team members are held to one high standard regardless of pricing tier, and that sanitation is kept strict throughout, with gloves worn and no double dipping into wax pots.
