Eyelash extension work covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, with pricing by length and by how long it has been since the last fill. Cluster and individual options include basic short, medium and long sets, doll eye, open eye and cat-eye styles, bottom lashes, and an optional glow-in-the-dark addition that can go on any extension set. Lash lifts come in keratin and Korean versions, with tint and treatment options. According to the studio, a Korean lift lasts six to eight weeks with proper care.

Brow services include henna tinting, offered as a re-dye or as an infusion with growth serums, with the studio suggesting a re-dye every four weeks. Henna services do not include shaping. Brow lamination is also offered, which the business presents as a strong option for unruly brow hairs. Other services are a scalp massage with an eye mask and calming music, LED teeth whitening in a single 30-minute in-office visit, and dermaplaning, a tool-based exfoliation that removes the top layer of dead skin and fine facial hair.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed on Sunday and Monday. Bookings are made through the online booking page and require a 35% deposit. Arriving late costs $10 per 15 minutes. Extra guests are not allowed, and bringing an extra person costs $50. Makeup removal is an extra $10 with lash services, and cluster lash removal adds $15 when done alongside a cluster service. Fix-it appointments are same-day only, and refunds are not offered. Two-week fills must be booked within 14 days and three-week fills within 21 days. Three-week fills need at least 15 natural lashes remaining, and only two fills are allowed per set before a new set is needed. Foreign fills are offered for sets the studio did not start.
