Body waxing runs from quick areas like hands, feet and necks to full arms, legs, back and a full body session, which requires at least three hours. Combination bookings bundle areas such as chest and abs, or back and shoulders, at a discount. Manscaping trims are offered in 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. Face waxing covers cheeks, chin, ears, nostrils, brows, sideburns and lip, along with beard line-ups and full beard waxing. The business notes that full beard waxing can be painful and suggests a pain reliever and an early arrival for a numbing agent.
Skin care is built around a complimentary 15-minute skin consultation and a 30-minute advanced consultation. A 30-minute Quickie Facial covers cleansing, light exfoliation, masking, steam and hot towels, but leaves out massage and extractions. The Signature Facial lasts at least an hour and includes skin analysis, double cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, face and neck massage and masking. The Back Facial and the Booty Facial address skin on the back and buttocks, and two level 2 peels are offered for acne and anti-aging brightening. The business says its Just the Crack service is among its most popular, and it claims to have introduced the phrase.
Before a first visit, clients complete a consent form. Clients are asked to arrive in good hygiene, and services are not done on broken, inflamed or infected skin. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean an incomplete treatment and a reschedule with full payment for missed services. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 12 hours notice, and missed appointments without that notice are charged in full. Walk-ins are accepted, online booking runs through Vagaro, and gift cards are available. Children are not permitted, and the spa is not kid friendly.
Hours are Sunday noon to 5 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. The spa accepts American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Free and metered parking are available, the space has disabled access and WiFi, and staff speak English, Portuguese and Spanish.
