Vanessa Wood opened the salon in November 2014 and is one of its owners. Gina Cocks joined as co-owner in November 2023. Vanessa also owns the Waxbare wax brand, and the salon's hair removal products are sold under that name.

About

Services are grouped into face, body, bikini, teen club, brow, and skin brightening menus. Bikini waxing comes in four options: line, modified, full and Brazilian. A Brazilian removes hair from front to back, including the inner backside, and can leave a thin strip or triangle at the front if the client prefers. Full-face and full-body packages are priced as single appointments, and select services can be booked as buy 5, get 1 free, with savings of up to 23% that do not expire.

The teen club is for clients 17 and under, with a parent's permission. Brow lamination includes waxing, and brow tint can be added to it or booked on its own. Skin brightening treatments are priced per area at $50 each, with a combined bikini front and butt strip option at $85, and those prices do not include waxing.

Two memberships are offered. Inner Circle Basic is $30 a month after a 6-month commitment, then switches to month-to-month. Inner Circle Elite is a prepaid $360 a year. Both give 50% off waxing and a discount on products, with birthday-week perks. The salon says it offers the best pricing on its packages.

Walk-ins are accepted, parking is free, WiFi is available and children are welcome. Staff speak English, Spanish, Russian and Korean. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are accepted. Clients who return within three weeks get 15% off bikini services.
