Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. New clients can book a 15-minute consultation to talk through the full service and its projected cost, and it should be selected first when booking vivid color or color correction. The suite is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients can expect Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and metered parking nearby. The space is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment is charged at 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full scheduled service cost.
