New clients must book a 30-minute consultation before any other service. Anyone starting locs or switching locticians is welcome to book one, and loc clients are asked to contact the stylist before booking.

Added hair appointments are priced by size and length, and a touch-up and take-down visit is available for existing sets. Natural hair styles, which take about three hours, include shampoo.

Memberships come in three tiers: Essential, Premium and V.I.P. Each has a setup fee and a recurring charge, and each includes standing appointments, last-minute bookings at no charge, early access to new products or services, and a discount on add-on services that rises with the tier. Premium and V.I.P. add a steam treatment with scalp massage at each visit, and V.I.P. includes a take-home kit.
