Services are grouped into cuts and styling, locs, protective styles, and hair treatments. Cutting and styling covers natural hair from bold changes to subtle ones. Locs include Brwists microloc extensions at the Atlanta location, custom loc styling and maintenance for starting a loc journey or caring for mature locs, micro locs, and sisterlocks. Protective styles include braids, twists, sleek updos, extension braids, and silk presses. Treatments include deep conditioning, scalp detoxes, and moisture treatments.

Personalized consultations are offered to assess hair needs and recommend care, including for clients moving from chemically treated hair to natural styles. At the Snellville location, consultations are offered to new clients.

The salon describes its stylists as trained and experienced in every natural texture. Stylists can move up a career path from Assistant to Stylist to Signature Stylist, and then to Beauty Hubber, an independent professional who runs their own business inside the salon. Booking is done through Boulevard, and appointments are recommended at both locations, though walk-ins may be offered when space allows. Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the cost of the services booked. A 15-minute grace period applies, after which the appointment may not be guaranteed and may need rescheduling. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged 50% of the scheduled services. Confirmations are sent 48 hours ahead by text and email, and unanswered confirmations may release the slot to another client. Children are only allowed in the salon when they are being serviced, and guests are asked not to bring family or friends to appointments.
