Appointments are taken Monday to Thursday, from 10am to 3:30pm. Friday and Saturday are walk-in days starting at 10am, with no appointment or deposit needed. Booking an appointment requires a $30 deposit. Cancelling at least 12 hours ahead returns the full deposit, though refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reach the card. Cancelling or rescheduling on the day forfeits the deposit, and rebooking requires a new $30 deposit. Clients who no-call, no-show cannot book again. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment, though no late fee is charged.

Preparation is part of the visit. Hair must be free of oils, leave-in conditioner and edge control, or the service is denied. Wigs and frontals should be brought in two days before the appointment; same-day prep is not offered and carries a $50 inconvenience fee. Used wigs for lace installs must be clean and dry beforehand, since wigs cannot be cleaned on site. Wig and frontal touch-ups are $65 while the piece is still on the head, a reglue is $100, and pieces worn for more than two weeks are not touched up. The salon does not do rush jobs, and clients are asked to be satisfied before leaving; fixing a style the next day carries an extra fee, or a redo is offered.

Payment is due in cash at the appointment, with exact change requested because no change is given. Cash App, Zelle and card payments are not accepted. Squeeze-ins and same-day bookings add a $50 fee on top of the service price. The same policies apply to family, friends and regular clients, and no discounts are given unless a special is running. Children are allowed only if they are being serviced; infants and extra guests are not. No calls are taken after 5pm, and questions can be sent to 786-263-8846.

Services depend on preparation done ahead of time, so hair and wigs are expected to arrive clean, dry and free of product.
