The menu is split into Wash N Blow services and Removal services, with add-on treatments available alongside both. Wash N Blow packages step up from Silver to Diamond. Silver is two basic shampoos, one basic conditioning and a blow dry, taking about 40 minutes. Gold adds a third basic shampoo and runs about 50 minutes. Platinum uses three lux shampoos with a deep conditioning treatment and scalp massage, and takes about an hour. Diamond adds a treatment of the client's choice to that same base. Prices range from $35 to $55 for Silver, $40 to $65 for Gold, $45 to $75 for Platinum, and $60 to $110 for Diamond. Price and time depend on hair length, thickness, quantity and style.

Removal services cover hair extension removal and braid removal. Each removal service includes a Silver Wash. The Braid Take Down and Diamond Wash combines removing braids with three lux shampoos, a deep conditioning treatment with scalp massage, a treatment of choice and a blow dry. It takes about an hour and ranges from $100 to $400.

The salon also offers wig installs and quick weaves, and it uses minimal heat styling to prepare hair before protective styles. Scalp detox and moisture treatments are available as add-ons.
