Color work is done mainly with L'Oréal ammonia-free INOA lines. Hair painting, balayage and foilayage come with a complimentary color consultation. Blonding includes baby lights to blend grey and back-to-back foils for a cool blonde. Olaplex treatments in steps one, two and three are offered to rebuild and repair the bonds in hair. Kérastase In Salon Fusio Dose conditioning is adapted to each client's hair, and according to the salon its results last three to six weeks. The salon also offers Brazilian Blowout, Global Keratin and Lasio smoothing, which it says cut blow-dry time by 40%.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Methods include Invisible Bead, Hand Tied and Hybrid Wefts, Tape-In, Microbead and Keratin Tips, and the home page also lists Halo Couture and Individual Micro Link. A complimentary extension consultation is offered. A deposit is required to reserve an installation or to secure custom extension hair. Maintenance intervals vary by method, from every four to six weeks for Tape-In to every ten to twelve weeks for single-use Keratin Tips. Premium extension hair can be reused and worn for nine to twelve months with proper home care and regular maintenance.

For weddings and special occasions, the salon offers hair and makeup packages, with services available on site and at the Little Italy location. Bridal hair includes a trial, bridesmaid and bride pricing, and a package for a bride with up to six others, which does not include a trial. Makeup is priced after a consultation.
