Prep work includes pre-style detangling, deep conditioning and scalp treatments. Take-down services cover wash and prep support for braids, locs, weaves and other protective styles, and luxury braid and extension removal is offered as its own service. Other menu items include washes, scalp detoxes, hydration steams, blow-dry, detangling and dematting, and closure wig refreshes.

The Wash Bar 2 plan is $79 a month for two Wash Bar 2 services, and the Wash Bar 3 plan is $149 a month for two Wash Bar 3 services. Both include $15 detangles, 10% off eligible add-ons, a free quarterly trim and rollover of unused washes. Members pay two months in advance at enrolment, memberships are non-refundable, billing runs through Stripe, and membership washes can be shared with family or a friend.

The business runs a referral program for stylists called Wash Buddies. Clients who book with a Wash Buddy code save $5 at booking, and each Wash Buddy earns 10% of what their referred clients spend each month, paid monthly by Zelle, Cash App or direct deposit. Wash Buddies receive a monthly report showing code use and earnings.
