Deposits secure an appointment: 50% of the service cost for new clients and 25% for returning clients, a policy in place since September 1, 2024. Deposits are credited to the client's account for use on any service, and gift cards can be bought through the booking page.
Changes to bookings follow time limits. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 business hours ahead, while later changes cost 50% of the service cost, and a deposit covers only one reschedule. A cancellation made inside 48 business hours incurs a fee charged to the account, and arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice counts as a missed appointment. The first cancellation is treated as a no-show, a mandatory deposit applies after three no-shows, and the salon reserves the right to ban clients over repeated no-shows or cancellations.
