It was co-founded by makeup artist Jessica Mae Koza and her husband, Samuel J. Koza, and is husband-and-wife owned. The agency serves Minneapolis, St. Paul, the wider Twin Cities and Chicagoland.

There is no traditional salon. Clients request a quote through the website and then schedule a phone call to set availability and a service plan. Individual on-site appointments can be booked online, while weddings and groups are booked through WPI Beauty, which coordinates scheduling, timelines and any additional artists. Some artists are licensed salon professionals, but licensure varies by artist and service.

Wedding work is a major focus. Bridal packages start at $415 and include a preview, a consultation and wedding day services. During peak season, April through November and New Year's Eve, the wedding booking minimum is $1,165, with select exceptions. A service charge is added automatically to wedding invoices and can be treated as gratuity, with the final balance billed 30 days before the wedding. The agency also coordinates with wedding planners and photographers.

Corporate work covers brand activations, headshots, team photo days, commercial productions and media appearances. Group corporate hair and makeup starts at $125 per hour and individual services start at $150 each, with contracted annual and bulk hourly pricing available for recurring needs. Beauty Bars offer lipstick touch-ups, braids or blowouts, photo booth touch-ups and gala-themed styling at photography stations, and children's glow bars and glitter beard bars are offered for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and New Year's Eve. On-demand services are for events, nights out, photoshoots and birthdays. They are scheduled for up to 60 minutes, with overages billed at $75 per hour, and can be booked up to 90 days ahead or with as little as 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and gratuity is optional.
