Evelyn Gutierrez

Evelyn Gutierrez is a makeup artist based in Chicago who works across Chicago and Chicagoland with WarPaint International, and she has been a WPI Artisan since 2023. She was named WPI Beauty Artisan of the Year for 2025. She brings eleven years of makeup artistry experience. Her work centers on skin, with a long-wearing base customized for each client, and she does soft glam and full glam looks. Her training includes a certification from Blue Makeup School in Las Vegas, completed under Javier de la Rosa, and a certification from a master class taught by Mario Dedivanovic. She has also studied in master classes with Sir John, Danessa Myricks, T. Cooper Beauty and Andy Maquillador. She travels to clients for on-site makeup at weddings, photoshoots and events throughout Chicagoland, including River North, the Gold Coast, the West Loop, Lincoln Park, the North Shore, Oak Brook and Naperville.
