According to the salon, it has adopted the latest technology available for skin care and permanent hair removal.

Electrolysis is the studio's core service. Clients complete a clinical consultation form covering skin, nutrition and medical history before treatment, and the electrologist chooses between galvanic, thermolysis and blend methods for each session. Probes are single-use and pre-sterilized, tweezers and plastic tips are sterilized in an FDA-approved sterilizer, and gloves and masks are worn throughout. Clients may feel a brief sting and slight redness afterward, which varies from person to person. Electrolysis can be done on areas from the face and lip to the underarms, bikini line, legs and back, and sessions are priced by length.

Facials include a mask, massage, moisturizer and sunblock, and each client leaves with a home skincare routine and samples. Options run from a short introductory facial, which prepares skin for more advanced work, to a 90-minute spa facial, a deep pore cleansing facial, a hydrating facial and a conditioning acne treatment for dry, red or sensitive skin. Specialty masks can be added to any facial for an extra fee, and a six-visit eye treatment series with a homecare program is also offered.

Treatments and consultations are by appointment only, with no walk-ins, and bookings can be made online, by phone or by text. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for appointments of one hour or less and 48 hours' notice for longer ones, with illness and bad weather excluded. Late arrivals have their appointments shortened to fit the arrival time, and missed appointments are charged in full. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and guests are asked not to bring anyone along. Payment is due at the visit, and gift certificates for electrolysis or skin care expire one year after purchase. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

The practice follows the principles and guidelines of esthetics and electrology, and treatment plans are built around each client's skin and goals.
