Skin services include a Signature Classic facial, which covers a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a customized mask, facial massage and a personalized moisturizer, along with a line of HydraFacial treatments. These range from a mini facial to options for acne-focused care, hydration, LED light therapy and radiance. Hair services cover root touch-ups, highlights, full-color, all-over bleach, ombre and color melt, color correction and balayage, which is hand-painted and begins with a consultation, color matching and aftercare tips. Silk press is offered as a chemical-free way to straighten natural hair, and curly clients can book a wash and curl-definition package.
Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm based on availability, and other days need advance booking. A 30% deposit secures appointments and is applied to the final balance, and deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist cancels for an emergency. Cancelling with 48 or more hours notice moves the prepayment to one rescheduled visit, while same-day cancellations carry a 25% fee. A 10-minute grace period applies, and a $20 late fee may apply if there is still time to complete the service. Payment is accepted by cash, card, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
