The salon uses Wella Professional haircolor for services including full head applications on virgin hair, root touch-ups with the ends refreshed, creative color, bleach and tone, platinum card applications and several kinds of highlights. A root color retouch covers roots up to about a quarter inch and takes 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. Roots longer than an inch need extra time, so clients are asked to call ahead. Color correction begins with a consultation, and the price is given at that appointment.

Booking is by appointment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Clients can book online or call 619-692-4237 to request a day and time. Haircut and styling services include a men's clipper cut, a shampoo, haircut and style, and a shampoo and blow dry that takes 45 minutes to an hour.

Alongside its services, the salon stocks a unisex WT Walter Todd logo tee, made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton and priced from $25. Each tee is produced on demand after ordering. Refund or exchange requests are considered only when an item shows up damaged, faulty, the wrong piece, or substantially different from its listing, and they need to be raised within 30 days of arrival. Approved refunds are returned to the card or payment source used at purchase, or the piece is swapped for a replacement free of charge.
