Monthly memberships are the salon's main structure. Members receive member pricing, priority booking and routine maintenance, with 20% off nearly all services. Plans range from the Essential Silk Press Plan at $90 a month, which includes one silk press valued at $100 plus luxury shampoo and blow-dry, up to the Elite Extensions Plan at $250 a month, which includes two cleanses valued at $300, install removal and a complimentary treatment per cleanse. Plans can also be paid every three months at a set rate.
Extension hair is 100% virgin Indian hair that has not been processed, and it is sold by weight in 3.5-ounce bundles in darkest brown (off black). For a natural look the salon suggests two bundles for lengths of 14 to 18 inches and three bundles for 20 inches or longer, with one extra bundle for a thicker look. Clip-in sets come with seven pieces. With good maintenance the hair is said to last at least three months, often longer. Any color treatment means the hair is no longer virgin. All orders are non-refundable, and exchanges are accepted only if the hair has not been manipulated.
