Many installs can be booked two ways: as an install only, or as an experience package that includes the hair, which is priced from a set starting point. Install-only options include a clip-in install called LaLa's Way at $300, and a tape-in install at $425 where hair is not included. Install removal is offered for $99. The studio sells its own hair, including raw curly and straight extensions, raw tape-ins, highlight tape-ins, raw clip-ins, closures and raw lace front units. Clients can book a 20-minute showroom appointment for $25 to look at hair, or a consultation in person or virtually from $65 for about 45 minutes. A bridal consultation is also available from $110 for one hour.

Maintenance is offered for sew-in extensions (shampoo maintenance), tape-in and hybrid extensions, closures and frontals, and wigs. Hair styling options include a SilkPress, a SilkPress experience, and a sleek ponytail. Monthly VIP memberships are available, with plans that include maintenance visits, priority booking and discounts on installs and products.

Medical hair loss services include a consultation that covers cranial prosthesis needs, mesh topper installs for women experiencing hair loss, topper maintenance, and a collection of ready-to-wear human hair medical wigs priced from $600 to $1,200 with light customization. A private consultation is required before any medical wig purchase, and a prescription is needed. A superbill is provided for insurance and reimbursement. All medical wig sales are final.

The studio also offers tape-in education, including a luxury tape-in certification course for $799 and a four-hour one-on-one hands-on training session for $997.

Offers installs with or without hair, pairs them with in-person or virtual consultations, and provides a showroom where clients can view premium hair with guidance.
