Color services start at $165 and use Italian hair color, lightener and direct dyes, with restructuring and bond-building products meant to protect the hair during processing. Cuts start at $195. The curly hair menu covers two shaping methods, Ouidad Carve and Slice and the Curl by Curl shape cut, along with a Detox Cleansing to remove product buildup and a Hydrate + Curl Set. Clients booking curl cuts should arrive with dry, detangled hair and minimal product, or a detangle and prep fee may apply. Smoothing treatments include Keratin and the Conditioning Relaxer System, starting at $485. Conditioning treatments start at $50 and are described by the salon as suitable for textured and color-treated hair.

Extensions start at $495 and come in sew-in, handtied, handtied with micro link, and tape-in options. Every extension service requires a consultation before the first appointment, and first-time extension clients pay a $50 deposit that is non-refundable but goes toward a future appointment booked within 90 days. Sew-in extensions are braided into cornrows and the hair is sewn onto the braids, which the salon says can last up to six to eight weeks with proper care. Handtied extensions are attached with micro link beads to a row of natural hair. Event styling, starting at $155, covers updos, loose curls and wavy looks for weddings and other events.

Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late without warning have their appointment cancelled and pay a $25 rebooking fee. Changes or cancellations made at short notice need 24 hours' notice, or a $60 fee applies to services under $150 and $80 to services over $150. A missed appointment can be met with a rebooking fee of 50%, paid in advance, or the client may be barred from booking again. The salon does not issue refunds for its services. Any concern must be raised within two days. Adjustments are made by rescheduling at no cost, provided it happens within two weeks of the service.
