The menu is grouped into blowouts, haircuts, and color and blonding. Color work covers partial and full highlights, balayage, glossing, root touch-ups, face frame highlights and custom correction for unwanted tones or brassiness. Some blonde goals take more than one visit, depending on starting level, past color and the condition of the hair.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a 50% service fee or a shortened appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and those with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 100%. A no-show is charged the full service cost to the card on file. All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable. Gift cards come in $55, $85, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
