Appointments require a deposit at booking. The deposit varies by service and is non-refundable, and the rest is paid on the day, in cash, by Apple Pay or by Zelle. Paying by credit or debit card adds a $2 fee. The studio has no waiting room, so clients text when they arrive and wait in their car until they are invited in. A 10-minute grace period applies, and late arrivals lose the deposit.

The Brazilian wax starts at $70 and takes about 30 minutes or more, using hard wax. Skin is prepped with cleanser, oil and a talc-free powder. Other popular options include a bikini line wax from $45, a $10 add-on for hair outside the Brazilian area, and a $105 new-client package that combines a Brazilian, an underarm wax and a Vajacial. The Vajacial is a $30 add-on and is not sold alone. A free Brazilian is available to clients who redeem a fully stamped loyalty card.

Clients must be 13 or older to be waxed, and those under 18 need a parent or guardian and a signed consent form. Clients who have taken Accutane need to wait at least 12 months before booking, topical steroids require a 2-week wait, and lightening creams a 1-week wait. Hair should be allowed to grow 2 to 3 weeks after waxing, shaving or Nair, and scrubs, glycolic products, other exfoliants and tanning should be avoided for 48 hours before an appointment.

Before and after hours or special-accommodation appointments are available when the owner can fit them in, at $30 for about 15 minutes, and require a consultation first. Regular hours are Wednesday and Friday from 2 PM to 7:30 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Questions can be emailed to vonncstudio@gmail.com.
