Appointments can begin with a personalized consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through hair goals and the desired look.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Options include weft installs using custom-colored extensions, weft move-ups that reposition grown-out extensions back to the scalp, weft removals, weft re-installs, and Ktip installs that can add fullness or highlights without chemicals. Keratin smoothing and deep conditioning are also offered.

Booking policies: cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the cancelled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
