A visit usually starts with a consultation. A color consultation is complimentary and is used to talk through goals, assess the hair, and plan services. Extension services require a consultation first, and color matching is handled at that consultation. Clients who cannot come in can book a virtual consultation for any service by social media or Zoom.

Deposits are required for many services and range from $10 for a blowout or glaze with blowdry up to $800 for a K-Tips medium density install, with extension deposits set by service. Listed prices are starting prices, and final pricing may vary by hair length, thickness, density, porosity, product, and time needed. Clients who are not satisfied can contact the salon within 7 days of the appointment to request an adjustment, which the stylist decides on.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for a future delivery date, and are final sale. The salon also offers financing.
