For extensions, the classic full set uses classic lashes only for a natural look and lasts up to three weeks with aftercare. An anime or whispy full set is also offered, taking about two hours and fifteen minutes. Between visits, clients can book a one-hour fill, which adds new lashes to fill gaps without removing outgrown ones, or a one-and-a-half-hour fill, which also includes removing outgrown extensions for a fuller look. A quick touch-up of about 35 minutes covers minimal corrections.

Lash lifts are offered as a Korean lash lift and as a lift with tint. Both are perms that curl natural lashes for up to a month, and both take about 75 minutes. Tint is preferably recommended on blonde to brown lashes, and lash serum is recommended between sessions. A consultation is requested before booking either lift.

Visits are set up for a smooth arrival. Clients are asked to text the studio's phone when they arrive, the front doors are usually kept locked for security, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Arriving on time is requested. The studio lists its hours as open until 8:00 pm, and free public parking is available in front of and beside the building. Lash removal uses a gel remover followed by a lash bath and takes about 45 minutes.
