Brow services include sculpting lamination, which smooths and sets brows in place, and a tinted version that adds a hybrid henna tint. Maintenance visits are suggested two to four weeks after lamination, with an Olaplex or K-18 mask, wax shaping and styling. A henna sculpt and tint is also offered, with the dye lasting about 8 to 12 days on skin and 4 to 6 weeks on hair. A deluxe brow sculpt uses soft hypoallergenic wax and a sensitive skin protocol, and makeup is optional.

Lash menus run from lifts and tints for natural lashes, to classic, hybrid, volume and full megavolume extension sets. Wispy accents are hand made from two to six lashes and placed in alternating lengths. Lash fills are priced by time since the last visit: at least half of the extensions must remain for fills within 1 to 14 days, and at least 40 percent for fills within 15 to 21 days. More than 22 days counts as a new set, and fills from other salons are not accepted.

Injectable visits open with a new-client consultation, which covers a telemedicine session and a medical assessment. Neurotoxin pricing starts at $12 per unit, and that charge sits outside the consultation fee. A limited-time Botox promotion targets the forehead, frown lines and crow's feet, and its telemedicine consultation is billed separately. The salon also offers a GLP-1 weight loss program and a three-month tirzepatide plan that is tailored following a medical review. Waxing is available for smaller areas and underarms.

Booking uses deposits, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 80 percent of the service fee automatically, and rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late are still served, but a full fill may not fit, and each additional 15 minutes after the 10-minute grace period carries a $15 late fee. Arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, and children are not allowed in the studio. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio also runs in-person training courses, including a brow and lash essentials course covering brow design, wax, lamination and henna tint, a two-day deluxe version, a silk lifting course and a three-day professional training program. Course kits and manuals are included in some listings.
