New clients are asked to book The Vixen Consultation, a 15 to 30 minute visit that covers hair history and before photos and ends with a firm quote. It is required for new extension clients and for color correction. Because prices are starting-at rates, the final quote can change after that conversation, and the consultation fee of $25 goes toward the booked service.
Extension work includes weft, I-tip, K-tip and tape-in methods. A New Client Transformation covers hair sourcing, custom color matching, installation and blending. Extension move-ups are recommended every 6 to 9 weeks, depending on hair growth and method, and clients are encouraged to rebook at each appointment. Volume Boost is offered for adding thickness and density without necessarily adding a lot of length.
Beyond color and extensions, the menu includes haircuts for men, women and kids, styling and blowouts, heat styling, a Brazilian Blowout and a perm, waxing for lip, chin and brows, and makeup application. Cancellations need 24 to 48 hours notice, deposits may be required for high-ticket services, and clients are asked to arrive on time so the full appointment can be given.
The salon aims to keep clients' hair healthy while working toward the transformation they want, with a focus on technical precision and a fresh approach to hair.
