Vivrè Wellness was founded by Tonya Pledger, who began with Love Your V by T, offering yoni steams. The business later grew into two wellness suites and a line of wellness products. The business describes Love Your V by T as the original yoni steam experience and says it has been trusted for over 15 years, and says it offered yoni steams before the practice became mainstream.
Yoni steam is the core offering. Before a first steam, guests book a 10-minute consultation, which is used to talk through concerns so an herbal blend can be prepared for the session. Blends include Cleansing, Cooling, and Disinfecting options at $70, and a Custom/Fertility blend at $75 that is tailored to the needs a guest shares. Each steam runs 45 minutes. Yoni steaming is not recommended during pregnancy, during menstruation, or with an active infection or outbreak, and caution is advised for guests with an IUD.
The business also offers infrared red light medical sauna sessions in 30 and 45 minute lengths, which can be booked one at a time or through a monthly subscription. Red and near infrared light therapy can be added to a sauna session. Guests who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions are advised to speak with a healthcare provider before using the sauna. A Japanese head spa is listed as coming soon.
Other services include restorative facials, full body massage, lymphatic massage with infrared light, detox steam soaks (non-vaginal), and ear candling. Groups of more than three people can book a Steam Party, a ladies' day out package booked by phone; the package fee does not include the service itself, so details are given when you contact the business.
Booking is by appointment, Monday through Friday from 4PM to 7PM and Saturday from 11AM to 3PM, closed Sundays. A $15 deposit is required and is applied to the service. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. There is a 15 minute grace period for lateness; after that, appointments must be rescheduled. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a missed cancellation or no-show makes the deposit non-refundable. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Zelle.
The business describes its philosophy as holistic wellness, treating healing as an everyday practice rather than an indulgence.
