About

Halotherapy here is dry salt therapy: guests breathe a Himalayan salt aerosol released by a halogenerator in a room kept between 70 and 73 degrees. Salt room sessions run 45 minutes and the room can be reserved for one to six guests. Duo and couple pricing is available, along with multi-session packages that are non-transferable and should be used within one year. According to the business, salt therapy may help with relaxation.

The setting is built around the salt theme, with two six-foot waterfalls, Himalayan salt walls imported from Poland, five-level reclining massage chairs and a refreshments bar. Guests can change or cancel online at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a non-refundable fee. Arriving more than ten minutes late forfeits a lash appointment, and arriving more than five minutes late forfeits a halotherapy session. Cell phones must be silenced, phones are not allowed in the salt room, and the premises are filmed at all times except restrooms.

Lash extensions are applied one by one to natural lashes, using faux mink or natural fibers and a formaldehyde-free adhesive. Classic, hybrid, volume and Omni Mega Volume full sets are offered, with refills typically needed about every two weeks. Clients are asked to avoid eye makeup, including mascara, before a lash appointment and to keep lashes dry for the first three hours. The business also runs a one-on-one eyelash extension training day covering classic, hybrid and volume styles. It lasts eight hours and costs $850, with a $250 non-refundable deposit. A certification is mailed after the course, once 20 verified completed sets and a final performance test are done.

Brow services include brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs in place, along with brow waxing and shaping and brow extensions. These are offered to both men and women. Beauty makeovers for women or men take about five to six hours and can include a facial, reflexology, lashes, brows, makeup and an optional mini photo session. Makeovers add volume only, so cuts, braiding and styles beyond curling or flattening iron work are not offered. Spa parties for ages four and up include an esthetician hostess and robes. Bundled packages are offered for events. Payment is due before the session by cash, Zelle or major credit and debit cards, with a 6% sales tax on card payments. All sales are final once services are rendered.

Services are delivered by certified and licensed beauty practitioners, and the business also works with independent providers. According to the salon, its professionals have more than 19 years of combined experience.
