The studio was founded by Rachelle, who moved into lash extensions from a background in makeup work. The business states a commitment to professionalism, creativity and continuous education in lash artistry, and it places customer service and a luxury experience at the center of each visit. Sets are made for each client's own eyes, with inspiration photos used only as a guide.

Booking is done through the website's bookings page, and new clients are asked to read the policies first. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are applied to the total service, and new clients pay 50% of the total at booking. A debit or credit card is kept on file to hold appointments. Clients should arrive with fresh, clean lashes, no makeup, no old glue and no oil-based moisturizers, and should avoid coffee or caffeine beforehand. A reminder email with location and parking details is sent 24 hours before each appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled once, and cancelling less than 48 hours ahead results in a 50% charge to the card on file.

Lash fills are booked two weeks apart. Later fills may be priced as a three-week fill or as a full set at the owner's discretion. The studio does not work over another technician's lash work and does not do foreign fills. Aftercare guidance covers avoiding hot showers, steam, sweating, makeup, water, excessive brushing and touching the lashes for the first 24 hours, along with factors that can affect fallout such as oily skincare, sleeping on the face, heat and eye rubbing.

Lash Academy is a two-day course running from about 10am to 6pm each day. Day one builds the foundation, and day two covers volume and mega volume sets, fan making and isolation practice. Students receive certifications at the end of day two in Classic and Hybrid, and in Volume and Mega Volume. The course includes a training kit and the Lash Adhesive 101 e-book, requires a non-refundable deposit, and asks students to bring two friends or family members to practice on. The remaining balance is paid in cash or Zelle only.
