Manicures and pedicures form the core of the menu, arranged in tiers. Basic options come first, followed by spa versions that add a scrub, paraffin, callus care or a timed massage, with the top tier including a longer hot stone massage. Combination pricing pairs a manicure and pedicure together, and gel, acrylic and French finishes can be added to those. Children aged 11 and under can book smaller manicures, pedicures or mani-pedi sets, and polish changes for younger clients are priced separately.

Nail extensions cover acrylic, gel, sculpture, Sola, China silk or diamond, ombre and permanent French acrylic styles, with fills and back fills for maintenance. The salon says its acrylic extensions use only opaque acrylic powder. SNS dipping powder is offered as a full set or as a take-off, and the salon describes it as odor free and needing no liquid or UV light. Nail art and nail repair are priced per nail, and add-ons such as buffing, polish changes and shellac can be combined with most services.

Beyond nails, the salon offers eyelash extensions in cluster and individual styles, with touch-ups at two or three weeks, as well as eyelash and eyebrow tinting. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, legs, arms and back or chest. Facials include a 30-minute express Europe facial, a 60-minute Europe facial and a deep pore cleansing facial, and these are customized after the salon evaluates the skin. Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massage are offered in 30 and 60-minute lengths, and the salon also lists permanent make-up such as eyeliner, lip liner and brows.

Special spa packages pair a manicure or pedicure with a facial or massage at a set price. Complimentary herbal heat neck and shoulder pillows come with the Deluxe Spa, Specialty Spa and Vivian Signature services, and tea, water and soft drinks are offered with the special spa packages. Check-in is done on an iPad, according to a customer review on the site.

For hygiene, pedicure liners are disposable and files and buffers are discarded after each client. Tools that cannot be sterilized are thrown away after use, and the salon says it sterilizes and sanitizes equipment for every service and that staff have had hygiene training. Gift cards and gift certificates can be bought in any amount for services, are valid for one year and are non-refundable, and e-gift amounts are capped at $150 with a 3% processing fee. Clients are asked to keep an eye on their belongings, as the salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

The salon states its goal is a comfortable, relaxing visit with quality service at reasonable prices, and a spa experience with personalized attention for clients and staff. It says it offers the highest quality services at the most cost-effective prices.
