Appointments are by reservation only, and a valid credit card is needed to hold any booking. If you are unsure which service suits you, the salon offers consultations and suggests booking one before a first service. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot go ahead, and a cancellation fee applies. Cancelling without notice or not showing up is charged at 100% of the service price. Gratuity cannot go on a credit card and is accepted in cash or by personal check.

Hair services include blow dry and styling, short and long cuts, a Deva Curl Cut, root refresh, all over color, highlights, balayage and glosses. Custom conditioning treatments are available as add-ons. Facials come in three levels: an express facial that covers makeup removal, double cleansing, toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF; a classic facial that adds a skin exam, exfoliation, extractions when needed and a mask; and a deluxe facial that adds a high frequency treatment. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, and combinations. Prices are listed as starting points, with color and balayage starting at $116, long haircuts at $116, and the Deva Curl Cut at $145.

If a service does not go as hoped, guests can call within a week of the appointment to book a re-do. The salon does not give monetary refunds for services. Product purchases can be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days, but products are not refunded in cash.

The loyalty rewards program is free and guests are enrolled automatically when they book. Points are earned after an appointment, and they can be spent on selected products for the guest's hair type from 5,000 points, up to 50,000 points per client per visit. Points expire at the end of each calendar year and cannot be transferred. The salon is at 6121 A Backlick Rd, Springfield, VA 22150.
