Viva Skin Lounge was started by Lindsay Harding after she left her job as a Director of Nursing to open her own practice. The business was built on the belief that medical aesthetic care should feel welcoming, honest and personal.

Every visit begins with a consultation that looks at the skin, the client's goals and a personalized plan. Licensed estheticians run the skin analysis and build the custom treatment plan. Clients can book a consultation without a same-day treatment, which is a 30-minute appointment at no charge and involves no treatment that day, or a one-hour consultation that includes same-day treatment, priced according to the plan. Clients can book ahead or stop in.

Skincare is built around medical grade lines from ZO Skin Health, skinbetter science and Colorescience, and the Diamond Glow facials use Skinmedica products. Facials range from a 30-minute Viva Express Facial to a 60-minute Platinum Hydrafacial, with listed prices from $100 to $325. The website includes an ingredient checker, and chemical peels are also offered.

Injectable options include neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Daxxify, which are used for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, gummy smile, masseter concerns and hyperhidrosis. Fillers, Lip Flip, fat dissolving injectables, biostimulators such as Radiesse and Sculptra, and PRP/PRF injections are also offered. Laser options include hair removal priced by area, Lutronic Clarity II, EcoTone and CO2 laser resurfacing, and the business says it uses the latest laser technology for hair removal.

Payment options include major credit cards, cash, Cherry, CareCredit and Viva Skin Lounge gift cards. Cherry financing requires a minimum spend of $500 and CareCredit requires a minimum spend of $200. According to the salon, Cherry does no hard credit checks, and 0% APR options are subject to eligibility.

Each plan starts with a skin analysis and a consultation covering goals, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Treatments are performed by registered nurses and licensed estheticians, and pricing is stated upfront.
