The practice says it builds an individualized plan for each patient around their goals and their skin, body or hair type, rather than offering a single protocol. Acne care is customized after the clinicians assess the type of acne, skin sensitivity and contributing factors, and it can combine prescription topicals, oral antibiotics, in-office peels and Hydrafacials. Existing patients send medical questions through the practice's HIPAA-compliant patient portal or by text through Klara.

The facial menu is organized in tiers. The Signature Hydrafacial is a 30-minute session of cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration. The Deluxe version adds a customized booster serum and LED light therapy in about 45 minutes, and the Platinum version opens with lymphatic drainage and adds a scalp massage in about 60 minutes. Boosters include Brighten Up, Detox and Youthful Glow options.

Microneedling is offered with SkinPen, with an optional platelet-rich plasma add-on. Laser options range from the Aerolase NeoDerm and Aerolase Era systems to the Lutronic UltraMD microchanneling laser and Lutronic Clarity II laser hair removal.

The practice also offers skin tightening with Ultherapy and Ultherapy PRIME, hair restoration with Keralase and PRP, body contouring with BTL Vanquish ME, EmSculpt and EMTONE, and skin cancer screening with a dermatoscope. Clients can pay through the patient portal and use Cherry or CareCredit financing.
