Viva Lash was created by its owner, Mylin Irwin, as a lash extension studio in Rockwall, Texas 75032. The business name on the site appears as Viva Lash Lounge LLC, and the same studio also uses the name Viva Lash DFW.

The studio's stated aim is to be a place where clients leave with a confidence boost. The focus is on lash extensions, and the team says the priority is the health and integrity of each client's natural lashes, so length and thickness are chosen with the goal of keeping natural lashes strong.

Three set styles are offered. A classic set places one synthetic extension on each natural lash. A hybrid set mixes single classic extensions with volume fans in an even split. A volume set is built from fans of three or more extensions, applied to one natural lash. Extensions come in varying lengths and widths.

Fills are booked every two to three weeks. A credit card confirms each appointment and is held on file as a guarantee, and the studio accepts credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup if possible, skip caffeine or extra water right before, and remove contact lenses. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments, and phone calls are not permitted, though phones and earbuds can be used for audio.

Policies cover cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 charge applies to later cancellations, no-shows, and appointments not started within a 15-minute grace period. Excessive lash fall-out can be reported within 72 hours for a complimentary touch-up. Refunds are not given for artist time or product, or for allergic reactions. A free consultation and allergy patch test is offered to clients with a past severe reaction or an uncertain allergy.
