The menu is organized around brows, lashes, lips and body contouring. A visit starts with an appointment, and brow consultations, priced at $50, include mapping the shape recommended for the client. A topical numbing gel is applied before and during brow, lip and eyeliner work, and an aftercare balm is provided for brows and lips while they heal. Clients are asked to come alone, since friends, partners, children and pets are not allowed in the studio during appointments.

Most services are booked by appointment through the online booking page, and new clients pay a deposit that varies by service. Walk-ins are accepted from time to time. Clients should avoid tanning, waxing or tinting for two weeks before a service, and after brow or lip work they should skip swimming, saunas and heavy sweating for seven days. A deposit is forfeited and the appointment canceled if pre-care rules are not followed or the client arrives sick or sunburned.

The Dallas studio sits in North Dallas on Forest Lane at Marsh, a few minutes from I-635, the North Texas Tollway and I-35, and is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some artists available on Sundays by phone arrangement. The Rockford studio at 4315 E. State Street is open Monday through Thursday with evening hours, Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings and early afternoons. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options for eligible clients and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99% according to the payment page.

Services are matched to the client's hair and skin. Microblading is not recommended for light, fine hair, since the strokes can heal thicker and blend poorly, and it works best on dry to normal skin.
