Visits combine naturopathic care with an onsite natural medicinary and a medical spa focused on natural aesthetics. Services include IV nutrient therapy, ozone therapy, infrared sauna and red light therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and functional lab testing that is run in-house.

New patients begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Appointment with a practitioner. The first full consultation lasts about two hours and may include a physical exam and additional testing, so patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early with completed intake forms, medication and supplement lists, and any medical records or lab results. Naturopathic doctors in Arizona are not covered by insurance at the time of service, so payment is due at the appointment. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible visits, treatments, lab testing, and clinic supplements, and insurance is processed for eligible in-house lab testing when possible.

Infusions are given in the clinic's Infusion Lounge by certified medical professionals. A physician customizes each formula to the patient's goals, and the formulas use methylated vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids, and minerals. The clinic describes them as GMO-free and preservative-free. A session typically runs 45 to 90 minutes with a small IV line placed in the arm. Vitamin injections are given by a certified nursing team on physician-designed treatments and take only a few minutes.

Standard ozone sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, and 10-pass treatments take about 90 to 120 minutes; the 10-pass option is built up gradually for safety and tolerance. Weekly sessions are often suggested at first, followed by monthly or quarterly maintenance. The clinic describes ozone therapy as safe and effective for many patients. The skin clinic adds medical-grade facials, microneedling, PDO threads, injectables, and hair restoration, using botanical-based skin care lines.
