Clients are asked to bring their current facial products. A virtual version is a 30-minute online session with product recommendations; it requires a clean, bare face at the video call, and an intake form is sent ahead of time.

Facials range from a 30-minute Express facial, offered as a first facial, to 60-minute options. The Corrective facial is designed for acne and includes deep-pore extractions, LED light, a salicylic peel and high frequency. Replenish includes a chemical peel, and Refresh adds skin analysis, steam, gentle exfoliation and neck, shoulder and hand massage. The Ultimate Anti-Aging facial combines an LED mask, microdermabrasion or a chemical or enzyme peel, ultrasound and microcurrent, and the salon describes it as its most popular facial. Intense Vitamin C treatments are offered singly or as a weekly series of four, and clients receive 10% off a Triple C and E serum for home use. Microneedling uses very fine needles to create micro-channels that stimulate collagen and elastin; the salon recommends a series of six.

Chemical peels come in glycolic, salicylic, TCA and fruit enzyme types, with a buy-five, get-the-sixth-free option. Dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are also available, and a chemical peel can be added to most services. Hair removal is by waxing, with services from 15 to 45 minutes, and male arm and leg waxing carries an added charge. Skin growths are removed with a cautery machine, and touch-ups are complimentary if needed.

Jenny Haugen says the aim is to help each client with their own concerns rather than to reinforce media beauty standards. She does not judge clients who choose fillers or Botox, noting there are many ways to reach the same goal. Clients have said she has a good touch and that they feel relaxed during treatments.
