Lumecca IPL uses two delivery devices at different wavelengths and a large sapphire tip that cools the skin; it is used for acne, age spots, vascular lesions and redness. Morpheus8 microneedling with radiofrequency is offered for active cystic acne and acne scars, and mild chemical peels are used for acne. Morpheus8Body targets fat reduction and body contouring, and Forma applies subdermal radiofrequency for skin tightening. Diolaze diode laser hair removal can be used on most body areas, and red light therapy is available for skin laxity and age spots. Patients are asked to bring a current insurance card and photo ID to each visit. Copays, unmet deductibles and coinsurance are due at the time of service. Cancellations made with less than one business day's notice may be charged $50, and last-minute cancellations of surgical appointments may be charged $100. Accepted insurers include Aetna, Alignment, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bright Health, Cigna, Humana PPO, Medicare, MedCost, Tricare Select, East and For Life, United Healthcare and UMR. Medicaid, Tricare Prime, Humana Gold HMO and United Healthcare Dual Complete HMO are not accepted, and the practice notes that its insurance list may change. The practice reports a 4.9 patient rating, more than 3,200 skin cancer surveillance exams a year, and an average clinic wait for an appointment of under five days.
