The spa is on the upper level of Hyde Park Village at 742 S Village Circle, next to solidcore. It has five treatment rooms behind oak arches and a Salt Room where guests can sit before or after a treatment. It is open 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 6pm on weekends. Treatments fall into a few broad groups. The Ayurveda menu includes facials, massage rituals and wellness therapies such as Abhyanga, Padabhyanga and Shirodhara. The Bespoke menu offers massages, facials and wellness therapies that can be customized, with add-ons like reflexology, cupping and red light therapy. Biologique Recherche facials and masks form their own group, and a limited aesthetics menu covers microneedling, peels and exosomes. Further aesthetic offerings are listed at elan-aesthetics.com.

Practical notes: arrive 15 minutes early to check in and complete an intake form, and share preferences, concerns and any medical conditions before services begin. Guests more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a $150 fee charged to the card on file. Robes and slippers are provided, and phones are asked to stay silent. Gratuities are appreciated. The minimum age is 14 for facials and 16 for massage and wellness therapies; guests under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a consent form and remain on the premises.

Ayurvedic treatments are matched to each guest, such as oils chosen for the client's dosha, and Bespoke services can be adjusted to individual preferences.

The lobby pairs natural materials and neutral tones with brass accents, earthy plaster, a hand-carved rock wall and recessed lighting.
